damn you smooth jazz

As i write this journal I am in agony. I have been on hold for over thirty minutes with the HP technical assistance hotline. what i can't understand is who picks the music they play while you are on hold. it is ridiculous. if i have to listen to this god awful smooth jazz melody for one more minute i will poke my eyes out with hot needles.
