Driving (just a few minutes ago) by the Walgreens about 6 blocks from our apartment . . .

Yeah.  Park under the carport, open the door . . . it was like opening the door to an oven.  Blast of hot dry air.

"But it's a dry heat."  I'm going to hit the next person who says that to me.  I'm serious.

Yea I'd honestly almost prefer a humid heat to a dry heat. Though I certainly won't miss it :)
