Why do we allow ourselves to let the drama of high school get to us?

Today in orchestra for the first time this year we had sectionals.  In case you couldn't tell from the title.  Ming and I pretty much lead the first violins.  I got everyones attention for Ming and then he would start us off.  But we all know the only reason we had sectionals was because Varn doesn't care about orchestra.

Ok so Saturday it snowed really bad in the evening.  It really freaked me out because I was at the Y when it started to snow and didn't see how bad it was snowing.  So at 9ish I leave the Y b/c we are having a planning meeting for our senior trip.  I was scared shitless to drive in the snow.  The last time I drove in weather like this I got in a ( Read more... )

Tonight I went to the band concert with Marissa.  We must have no lifes when we choose to go to a band concert.  Me being me though and having an obsession with knitting it seems like.  I knitted almost the whole concert except for the last 2 songs.  Marissa and I made fun of Varn when his right pant leg was up and we could see his socks.  At least ( Read more... )

Today started out fine, I went to work, came home, and went to the vet's office Christmas party.   It was fun!
