reading this, i'm pretty sure i listened to a message from you last night regarding same. probably between hours 5 and 7 of my unexplained 16-hour sleep blitz. anyway, congratulations! i hope you get this lovely apartment with friends nearby and a romantic black-and-white-film fire escape.
