I just want to take a moment to say I like these two urban romance songs. I think they are both lovely and full of emotion. One is a girl2boy song and the other is boy2girl song. Usually, when I read lyrics, its kinda hard to get into em' because you can't feel the rhythm or the beat, but the lyrics of the song you shared were so intense, i can totally feel it. Feel like I've lived it.

Dear Misty,

Thanks for the comments and placing that song here. I know that song vveryyyyyyyy well. Thats quite possibly one of the most intense love songs ever. Especially because it went so incredibly well with the movie that starred Nicholas Cage and (Meg Ryan?) which also was an intense an incredibly powerful movie and love story involving angels willing to give up heaven for the one they love.

That has to be one of my favorite movies ever...

I guess Iris is a love song.. I think that i'd always seen it as a lost love song before, but I think that you're right.

Thanks for posting your songs.

I like that line in Ciara's song when she says "All I need is somebody thats down for me." I always think it sounds more real when someone says they are "down" for you, rather than "there" for you. And that last song i think it is soooooo correct that love burns brighter than the sun.

When you hear someone say they are "there" for you it sounds like something people put on Greeting cards when they have no intention of really being there for you.
