Well, I survived the visit with my boyfriend's folks. His mom is very nice, sweet, and NORMAL, unlike the moms of previous significant others. His step-dad is nice, too, tho mostly deaf - he's getting cochlear implants September, so hopefully he'll be more social when he can participate in conversations. We're in the heat wave mode down here as well. It's hanging-on longer than I've experienced before. The electric bill is gonna hurt with keeping one AC going 24-7.

Ooooooo......AC! I wish I had AC. I have two ceiling fans downstairs. I think I'll have to install a small AC upstairs for the bedroom, tho it's been way too hot to work up there after I get home. That, or get a kiddie pool out in the back yard.... :)
