Well, it looks like I get to have a medical doohickey done again.  I've been having abdominal pain recently, and after several tests, the doc's concluded that I have a nasty ovarian cyst on the left ovary.  He's going to go in there laproscopically, and remove the offending organ, and just check out the other one to see what it looks like.  They'll

One of my co-workers is going in to get his gall bladder removed tomorrow. Must be something about this time of year. :P

Yeah, this is the time of year when this term's medical benefits are up. Get it all done now before next year, and maybe the deductibles won't be so bad. That, and anything I spend on medical now, I can claim on my 2008 tax return.

An acquaintance at work had his gall bladder and appendix removed by laproscopy. It's amazing what they can do now. No more sweepingly huge incisions!
