Congressman's pay would be made equal to the median income of a single person in America--they wouldn't be able to vote themselves any more pay raises. They'd have to get by on the same health care benefits that the average American can afford, and there would be a yearly holiday where they wear clown costumes, and we're allowed to throw rotten produce at them.
