Got One Volume

Made a trip to the bookstore today and purchased Volume three of Blood Ties  -  Blood Debt and Blood Bank. I had to order Volume One and Two so I won't start reading until I get the first volume which the clerk said could be next Thursday. I am psyched!!!

I also purchased 3 books by Charlaine Harris  - Dead Until Dark, Living Dead in Dallas and Dead

also purchased 3 books by Charlaine Harris - Dead Until Dark, Living Dead in Dallas and Dead as a Doornail. They seemed humorous as I skimmed through them. Everyone needs humor right? Yep.

I just took up the Charlaine Harris books and I have to say I'm in love with them right now. Now, I'm fickle so in about 2 weeks I'll have moved on to something else but for now I love Sookie and her vampire consorts. Is it wrong that I think I'm in love with the scariest vampire...what in the name of Nosferatu is wrong with me?

Did you know that HBO is filming a series based on these books?? Starring Anna Paquin as Sookie...Looks like I might have to pay for more cable soon. Well, I want to get Showtime for Dexter anyway so maybe I'll just have to bite the bullet.

I have started the Blood Ties series so I haven't started into Harris yet and I still have to get the first book. Actually finished Blood and Gold, started Blood Ties and tonight started reading the first part of The Vampire Armand. Doubling up so to speak. -laughs-

I use to have HBO and Showtime but for money reasons had to do away with both. I wish I still had them though, so it figures. :)
