A friend described these as Hugo's cheesy pillows, which to be honest amused me, as I remember having these when I was four and they have always been Gougére to me. I guess I am sharing them, but this is really for me so I don't loose the very simple recipe. I think I would describe them as savoury profiteroles

Yes British/Imperial is correct. I think this was my great grandma's recipe.
