Did she not mail it from the P.O...? How do they not charge sufficient postage? Just honestly wondering, not being a bitch :)

She said her dad used a machine.. I'm guessing the one that you can go to after regular P.O. hours. About the insufficient postage thing, I have no idea. I was just glad to get a response from her.
