I guess the obligatory new year's post is in order. I doubt I'll go out tonight. Doesn't seem much to celebrate at the moment.

However, I have plans for 2008:

1. Apply for positions in schools to gain classroom experience
2. Apply for a place on a PGCE course (september)
3. If that doesn't pan out, get a new job. I can happily stay in this job

My new years resolution is I want to go Parachuting (regardless of how afraid of heights I am) I want to know what it feels like to fall that far. You up for it?

In regard to my earlier 'perogative post' I knew full well you wasn't going to like it. But sometimes you've gotta pick your battles, and realise the benefit of it if any. It just seemed to me you were making the situation worse and getting more and more exasperated. So I played the bad guy and told you (albeit in my opinion) the best time to leave things. Some fights you just end up tiring yourself out, getting wound up and tense and not actually achieving anything. And you have no idea what I'd say. I'm kooky :)I barely know my own mind half the time... and I'm me lol

I may regret this. I may even chicken out. But I've been considering this for quite a while myself too... *closes eyes and crosses fingers* go on then... but late in the year. There's a lot of stuff I need to sort out this year before crapping myself over a parachute jump too.

Oh, and your ability to bitch-slap me every-so-often regardless of how I might take it is one of the reasons you're a good friend. I may not agree with what you say, sir, but I know it's from a good place. Which is why I regard you as a friend and Hannah as not.
