If you havn't picked up the new Shinedown CD, Us and Them, pick it up. It is absolutely amazing, it's so very moving. Eh, I know I'm crazy about my music, you don't have to tell me. I begining to lose some of that weight I put back on, thanks a lot to the guys helping me stay active, and of course big Guy upstairs. That's all that's especially new

Ha, I did that kinda ... we were swinging at an angle, and I was the one on the end, and we were doing this criss cross thing ... definitely went to far up, and wacked my arm on the pole ... couldn't feel my arm for like the rest of the day. But, doing stupid things like that make life fun, at least I think so.
