I think I understand your need to go to VA., but what do you want to accomplish by being there? (I DONT mean that flippantly) That's a long long drive with a little one. I don't think I'd do it. sorry

good question, really. I just really want to see my sister and mom. Give Sarah a hug. Get hugged by mom. See my best friend from HS. I wouldnt accomplish anything but being together with my family.

We decided to stay home. We couldn't go as a family until after we close on the house and move. Thats okay though. Mom might be sending Sarah up to us:-)

I'd do it. Morgann seems pretty good tempered. You'd have to stop here and there for her to roam, but if you feel the need to be there, then go. I totally understand wanting to hug and be hugged in this situation.

We almost did it. In the end, I got a headache yesterday that wouldn't go away, and the thought of driving 13 hours was overwhelming.
