congratulations. that's a really spiffy mile time... some time I'm going to have to see how fast I can run a single mile... I can now do my best time on a second mile, so I imagine it's changed.

Treadmills are nice because you can force yourself to a pace.

I find that I run better on a treadmill b/c of that don't get thrown off thing... I dunno the last time I ran on one tho'...

Hahaha, for P.E.... I used to get 12 min for the mile || something.... I think that was in elementary school though... in high school it wasn't fast, but should've been faster... 9 min??? Lalala... I want a computer ;_;.
