[Seimei happens to spot him on his patrol and stops immediately to stare. He had been looking for Hibari but more so Dorine at the moment. Hibari was, after all capable of taking care of himself...or so he thought. It had to be Kyouya.

A smile creeps out from the normal frown on Seimei's face at the sight of the three year old. He walks over to where Hibari is but is smart enough to not kneel down to the level where the little bastard might be able to knock him out.]
