You all might recall what happened to my computer in November? It crashed, utterly, and because Ryan is such a lovely person, he purchased some software that helped us recover about 2/3 of the pictures (several hundred) and about 1/2 of my music library. I had to start over from scratch with the start-up disks, Norton, the gazillion Microsoft
