I have sleep troubles, too. That's actually quite an understatement for how I was ten years ago, where I'd maybe get to sleep four or five hours after I went to bed. (In other words, I'd spend more time getting to sleep than actually sleeping.) These days it usually "only" takes an hour or two.

Are you really stressed or worrying about something? I've had sleeping problems lately, but I've also been thinking too much about what's going on. Usually, one or two nights a week, I'll wake up around 2 AM and not be able to get back to sleep. I start thinking about all the things that I need to do, etc and that's all she wrote.

I hope you're able to get some sleep soon!

Sounds like you are fretting about something. I think what you describe is quite normal, unfortunately. I have never been a good sleeper. I do hope you get some much-deserved rest!
