Apparantly my mother wants the family to join the church of scientology.

I told her I would move out if she went through with that.

i don't know, I haven't really heard much of the positive stuff, just the killing-people-stealing-money things

i havent heard any of the killing people stealing money business.
i know they had two secret operations, mostly tryng to erase all slander towards their group.
and there was some speculation of a death when one of the church members was already sick and in their care.
i know they have harassed and run into the police a lot and their critics.
but i havent heard anything about them outright killing anybody.

i don't know.
it sounds sketchy, still.
