I nearly screamed at my computer... at work... surrounded by my colleagues... but then again with 4 days to my Masters deadline, they'd probably have thought I was having a mental breakdown from it! LOL. You CAN-NOT imagine how good a girl I was to NOT click on the link till I finished what I wanted to clear... for that day.

And then you made me turn on the waterworks, going to bed with puffy eyes... Of course thankfully, Aiba's shennanigans in the last part help save the day a little. But OTP!!! *silly alien wails* you totally broke my heart, yet in having the benefit of hindsight that they do get together in the end, it just makes the reading more bitterwseet in knowing that had it not been for the virus, they really would probably have left matters unresolved with all the regrets and whatnots.

This is one universe that would probably have never been written had you ladies didn't love Sakumoto the way you did. Can I just thank my lucky stars? :) :) :) Now on to Part 2! :)

We were laughing at ourselves for AU-ing our own AU, because we are unsure what exactly that makes us (lame? lol maybe) but the truth of the matter is that we would rather write this universe than anything else, and we are okay with that. ♥ There's just so much to play with- and we were talking about how anything could have changed and then altered the course of the future. In this one, it was the decision to pull the vaccine that changed everything; one thing, but look how big the ripples got so quickly. We had two big ships in the Lost, and neither of them would have gotten together without the Infection. :D Chaos theory is so interesting!

But we are very glad you enjoyed it, since we had a blast sort of writing the "what should have happened" aspect of this universe. ♥ Thanks so much for continuing to support our cracked-out endeavors and reading them!

It's like you guys cannot stop making Becky/Aiba the best thing since sliced bread and I LOVE IT.

I also loved the other bits too...mostly the part about Neen and the hamburgers. I couldn't stop laughing and may have snorted a bit. Out loud. At work.

Overall, you took this to an awesome sauce place. Congrats on another fantastic addition to an already lovely fic!

Yeah we realized that without our zombie apocalypse, our two main pairings wouldn't have ever gotten together, so writing this was an interesting look at how "normal" life would have been for them all. ;) We are glad that you enjoyed it!
