The bit about the interlaced fingers is an image that I read somewhere else that really stuck with me, and I couldn't resist using it here. It's one of those little things that can make all the difference. Would you believe that the whole time I was writing the bedroom scene I was thinking "Why is this here? WHY IS THIS HERE? This needs to come later when sexytimes can ensue!!" And then I got the end and went, "Oh. Huh. That's why this is here. ... Good to know." My mind is a strange and terrifying place, sometimes.

I've said it before, and I'll say it a dozen times more, I'm sure; thank YOU forever for letting me take the reins on this little beauty!!
