Wow it's really been a while since I posted so this will probably be a long one.

On China.

Since I have a loathing for the Chinese government for obvious reasons, I've been wishing for nothing more than some humiliation regarding the Beijing Olympics. Looks like things are starting to happen, though I doubt this will make headline news.

first of all it should be known that China is really cracking down on bootleg stuff regarding the Olympics, like stuffed animals of the mascot, and etc souvenirs.
now the irony.
1)Olympics promotion poster for kids.

this is a character from an extremely popular anime

Her signature is her yellow headband. There was an art thats almost identical post to the Olympics poster but I can't seem to find it

2) Follow link to read about it.

summary though: on the official Olympics web site hosted by China, there are a bunch of flash games, that have been blatantly ripped off. And by ripped off I mean, they downloaded the original flash games, and replaced the art with theirs. The original author was able to break down China's game and finding some of his original files still in there.
The games has been since taken down since they got caught, but I heard they put up some new flash games...ripped off from the same author.

On graduation.

So yea I finished school. But now my excruciating job search has gone into month 3 now and I think I might start losing my sanity soon. However I just recently began working with 2 very good recruiting companies so something should happen soon (I hope.)

On religion.
I've been trying to get myself to start going to church again on a regular basis. I had a rough start but I've been doing good so far, so I'm pretty proud of myself. Viv is interested in going so thats always a good sign, though I might have to try to find a suitable church near her place. New Song might be good, but I find their sermons a bit too broad.

On Musicals.
Phantom of the Opera finally reaches Orange County and we got tickets for next week. Can't wait to go see it, the last time I saw it was the original LA show in back oh say '93? It will be viv's first time seeing the show.
