He notices the other, standing over a pile of ... flowers? (zetta lame) and then the note in his hand. Great, just great. So this was going to be a group project after all, whatever it was.]

[What with his lack of sixth sense and how he'd been getting used to the ghosts, it took Hisoka a moment to notice Minamimoto's presence. He turned, blinking, noticing the paper in the other's hand before he noticed the rest of him, and sighed. Figures that this would be a grandiose prank.]

[Whatever Hisoka was planning to say next flew right out of his head when he heard the echo of what he'd been thinking a second earlier. He hadn't said that out loud, had he? He wiped the expression of puzzlement from his face as quickly as he could, not wanting to look like a fool.]

Interesting, maybe, but it'd be better if this whole mess was over and done with already.
