Not completely, there are some things I wouldn't tell certain people. I trust most of my friends not to judge me and to support me in what I tell them, but not so much to keep secrets or to open up to. I trust a handful of my friends to do that :)

Apparently not! I'm not really sure, I guess maybe if thats what felt right for me. But if it was just to make them happy, then no.
