This is actually a tricky question~
Yes, Ken has lost his ears. He gets laid multiple times, canonically. The question is just -when- did he lose his ears? I think the first person he slept with was either Kase or some soccer groupie, back in J-league... and considering Ken's personality, I'll bet it was Kase first. There's also strong hints in Side B to a relationship with David, another of Ken's soccer friends.
In official canon, he sleeps with two girls, Yuriko and Reiko, the first of whom ran off to Australia upon getting a glimpse of things Ken deals with every day, and the second of whom he has to kill. Ken and sex just doesn't seem to work out.
Okay, so, you've seen the anime now. And you're reading the manga, right? So.
Hypothetically, if Ken were to somehow get ahold of everything we know about the canon so far, everything, what would he do? Would it change the way he treats the boys? How? If it doesn't, why not? How would he see the boys after that?
And I do mean everything. The way Nagisa treats them, the fact that Kio got them both so drunk they passed out, how Soubi was treated by Ritsu and that Ritsu is the one in charge of their training now, how Soubi treats them, what a pervert Soubi is...all of it. I can upload specific pages if need be.
