Relationship Meme/Reverse Meme goes here... comment with the names of your characters or what they think of Ken, and I'll reply with what he thinks of them.
Uh, can't remember if ever bothered to have Atsuko meet him, SO.
Yousuke - Ken is the older adult male that he always wanted in his life. D: SURROGATE BROTHER or something. He's cool and awesome and if anyone ever tries to hurt him Yousuke will eat that person's soul. |D
Tot - OH SNAP. Let's see if I can be coherent here without my glasses or contacts. Tot... would hesitate to kill Ken, actually. If they were anywhere else and he was there and he said even one thing about Masafumi, she would kill him. However, he's a friend of her daddy's now. She's still mad that he would deny Greta, because she is very sad that Greta left and knows that if/when she meets her again, Greta won't know who the bloody blue blazes Tot is. He's been fairly distant and almost kind and nice, in a way, so she wouldn't rush in. Omi, however, is TOTALLY DIFFERENT.Really, Ken confuses her. She doesn't like that. Just because she's finally moved on doesn't mean that she's forgotten the promises she's made, but that pesky truce is in place too

I... think they've met, but I can't really remember either. Oh well! Nothing noteworthy. (You know we couldn't remember last time, either? Let's make this a thing.)
Yousuke is probably the closes thing Ken's ever had to a brother. Ken will look out for him and beat him over the head and will always always listen if Yousuke wants to talk about something, no matter what's going on with him. He's impressed that Yousuke is still sane, between his father and the amount of power he has at his disposal... and Yousuke is one of the few people Ken won't spazz over protecting him. He also worries about Yousuke a lot, but it seems like things are settling down lately.
Getting to know Tot a little in camp has seriously fucked with Ken's world view. She's... very childlike, like I've said, so his OMG ASSASSIN and OMG KID vibes are clashing and throwing him off. Sort of like when Farf deaged. And like when Farf deaged, the affection wins out most of the time, with Tot. She's had a rough deal, he understands, and she doesn't attack him or Omi, so

Anita - If Anita knew anythng about how real, normal families worked, Anita would consider Ken an older brother. He does lots of stuff that Anita would enjoy: Anita's an active girl and despite not knowing much about rules, she's probably good at them. They need to stop talking about all this stuff and get to actually playing the games soon.
Anita's borderline between little sister and little girl, the former being a new-to-camp category. What's really defining Anita right now to Ken is her eagerness to learn and to try new things... almost everything he's suggested doing, she was up for, which is admirable because she's old enough to mean it. Past the "stuff to do YAAAAAY" stage that younger children have. Also, she's a natural at soccer, so he's definitely going to keep encouraging her to play.
Okay, so. Ken has managed to break through Kodachi's giant brick wall of arrogance and self-absorption so she almost, almost sees him as an equal. She definitely calls him a friend and there really isn't anyone in camp who she'd rather spend time with (well, except for Ranma but Ranma doesn't count). He's sweet, he helps her out when she's in need, and he always says exactly the right thing.
He's not quite at the point where if he's in a bad mood like he was on Monday, Kodachi would try to listen to his problems and make him feel better, but he's close. It's just that she hates, hates, HATES being concerned about the well-being of others because it's just... weird and unpleasant to her. But if something were very wrong with Ken she wouldn't have much of a choice but to worry for him and try to help out in any way she can. Because whilst she thinks that everyone should be treating her like a princess and doing everything they can to help her, Ken is the only one who actually comes close to that at all and she does appreciate it quite

Rikuou - Was actually very eh on Ken until very recently. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but in that way that suggests that nice is just his default setting (or an act. always hard to tell.) Rikuou really does like Omi though, and so he'd have liked to stay on at least neutral terms. But he wasn't putting any real effort in. did hope he'd proved himself capable of keeping a secret for the two of them at least, cause it seemed like an important one and was certainly one he wasn't supposed to know

(aaaahahaha my life is calming down, so I answer memes. go me!)
... it's interesting that it was the George thing that convinced Rikuou of Ken's nice being not an act. And all Weiss boys are drama queens. ^_^ It's required, seriously.
Rikuou is something of a wild card, in Ken's mind. He doesn't think Rikuou likes him, even though they've bonded a little, and that could be potentially dangerous. (He knows about Masafumi, like you said, a fact that could make his life in camp very very difficult if Rikuou decided to tell certain people.) Ken has trust issues. He either connects with someone and it happens quickly and easily, or he starts out wary and then it takes a long time for him to be able to trust them. Akira is an example of the first, Aya is an example of the second. Rikuou is in the latter group, and since their interactions aren't really friendly, he'll stay there for awhile. We need to throw them at each other for more bonding.
Tsuzuki, Ken mostly wants to like him because he's important to Francescu. He's a little

Um! Mac thinks Terry is weird but kind of cool, because wtf Batman. She appreciates that he didn't kill Andrew, too. :D She's trying to take the whole "characters who only exist in fiction in my world are real here" thing with a grain of salt, and she thinks it's really funny that Batman is, in fact, at the same place she is; and that he's this teenager who bodyswitched with her not!boyfriend and whose body took her on a date kind of makes him lose his mystique. But she thinks he's a decent human being, what, and greatly desires more than anything to talk technology with him. :D
Oh Turnbull. Turnbull, Turnbull, Turnbull. Fraser doesn't think Turnbull's stupid, per se, but he's... Turnbull. I don't even know what to say. Fraser thinks he's special and unique and a trustworthy associate, but he's. If someone makes Fraser roll his eyes and sigh and put a hand to his forehead, then Turnbill is very, very special. So Turnbull is a good man, a very good man... but oh why

Terry likes Mac, and he's actually sort of jealous of Andrew because of her... not because he's got a thing for her or anything, just because he's got a funny, sweet, easygoing girl interested in him. And his "girlfriend" won't even call him back. But that's a different essay! As far as Mac goes, he understands the loss of mystique, but he's still Batman, and she better remember that! *finger waggle* Also, next time they're both around, let's throw them together and talk techie. It'll be fun!
Fraser is Turnbull's idol. Yes, yes he is. Turnbull wants to be Fraser, and will probably follow any order, so long as Fraser is in his right mind. There is trust and respect and adoration, and Turnbull is very much like a puppy.. he'll respond to praise like it was a pat on the head, and praise means that much more coming from Fraser. ........Fraser's current incarnation is troubling him greatly. ;_
