Congratulations Spring Awakening!!!
The Tony's were last night and Spring Awakening kicked ASS!!! They were nominated for a total of 11 Tony's and they recieved 8!

- Best Book of a Musical
- Best Original Score
- Best Performance of a feature Actor - John Gallagher Jr.
- Best Direction of a Musical
- Best Choreography
- Best Orchestration
- Best Lighting Design

I thought 110 in the shade looked interesting, too.
And, yes, yay David Hyde Pierce and all that jazz, but...but... Raul Esparza! ;-; He was the favorite to win and everything. And I adore him. So much. It's hard to be very happy for David Hyde Pierce. Ah well. at least company got Best Revival.
But seriously, it's so nice when the favorite is actually an awesome musical ^^ I think Spring Awakening deserved all of its Tonys. Yay Best Musical!
(I have to say, Totally Fucked without the fucked was amusing, but almost annoying at the same time ^^; Apparently they're totally nothing! Ah well. It was amusing as well.)
