Light: I'd say a 6 or 7. Light both respects and finds himself frustrated to death with L's intelligence. It pisses him off, and yet there's almost no one else who challenges him thusly. he both likes and hates that. In LSG he's still freaked out over L not being dead, but he's become resigned about it.
Fuji: 6. High respect for the intelligence and would be intrigued by L's oddities. They could possibly hit it up if they had the right topics to talk about.
Delirium: 6. He ranks pretty high for someone who doesn't really belong to her.

Light: ...Whatever number it is, it's got a minus sign in front of it. Hello, my name is Light Yagami. You kidnapped my sister. You frustrate the bejesus out of me and make me look like an ignorant worm who can't strategise his way out of a paper bag. because of YOUR meddling I've lost face on more than one occasion. Prepare to die.
Fuji: 5. Mello wouldn't fit with his personality type and I doubt the kind of reactions he'd give are the kind Fuji would be aiming for, but he has respect for those who show intelligence.
Delirium: 8. She likes Mello a lot. The TV set in his head has some of the nicer cable channels, but nothing premium.

Light: 6. Light would probably raise mental eyebrows at Oishi's hair, but-- Oishi's a genuinely nice, caring person. Even if Light's not interested in being friends with him, the boy's probably going to grow up as the kind of person Light wants to see in his new world order.
Fuji: 7. Oishi's mothering and worrying can get overwhelming and overbearing at times. Aside from that, he's a trusted friend. Is kind of jealous of GP but would rather they stay together while he himself suffers. After all, Eiji chose Oishi first, and Fuji refuses to break them up to satisfy his own selfishness.
Delirium: 5. Oishi's pretty normal for a person, but he's a very very very very nice person. :D

Pfft. It's Fuji's own fault. The Eiji he knew before LSG had no clue about any Fuji-->Eiji, so he never thought to press it here.
