i had a long lengthy rant typed out. and it got me even more frustrated and it just kept going on and on. so i'm just going to summarize it: human beings are worthless.

seems to me you complain a lot about your pay and your tips. If you have so much experiance as a waitress why don't you get a job at a classier place. Classy=expensive=highbills=lots of tips? huh?

because from what i hear, it isn't a lot different.. and the place has it's good sides.. i like my coworkers, i like mingling with the decent people.. classy sometimes means stuck up.. and i'm just not feelin that.

Stephy, I <3 you, and I've waitressed at three places (Bennigans, Hooters, and Applebees), and I have to say, I agree with most of your standards, BUT---
Military guys are the BEST tippers I've EVER gotten, except for the old people who were my regulars. I had a hundred twenty dollar tab, and I split the bill, and they left me almost sixty bucks... and that wasn't unusual. Nah, my worst tippers were always the douchebags on the first dates... but I'm also very particular because I'm married to an army guy... might be different becausee mine's an officer and that's basically the one's that frequented Hooters and Bennigans especially...
And Bennigans WAS classier, tabs were bigger, and I got MUCH bigger tips... so there ya go, it's true.

as much as i bitch though, i love it there.. i get away with murder.. but around here lysse, the military guys don't tip well. eek.. anywho, miss you!
