Thanks and much welcome!

I've had a text file of fanfiction tools that I would use for replying to posts about saving fics so I decided to go the next few inches and just write up a post of all the programs I can find. I tested out a few of the better ones and posted the results. Now I can just post a link. ^_^

This is a great resource. Thank you! I LOVE ficsavers.com so much! But...a question. Recently (as in...today) every time I have tried to use ficsavers for a story on ff.net, it has failed to work. I download the file, but the text of the story isn't there (just the chapter headers). Just curious as to whether this is happening for you as well?

Thanks! I do try to make the most of my posts and have them be something someone else out there will like.

When there's ever a problem with FicSavers I always blame the site it's saving from because it is usually their fault. Especially FF.net, they never give a heads up before they change coding.

I just did a test and I have the same problem. I'll go let Chad know. Hopefully he can fix that in a timely manner.

Awesome. I think that I would perish and die without something to help me with ff.net. Going through and copying and pasting by hand is such a pain. I hope it is an easy fix. *crosses fingers*

Well, I can tell you that FanFiction Updater and Graffer are both saving normally.

FF.net is such a popular site that I don't think you will EVER have to save your fics by hand again. -- Besides, there's always [ctrl]+[S] to save the page as either HTML or (evil) TXT.

Thanks! - I envy these programmers and their surreal ability. But then I think about what I would create had I the knowledge and I seriously have to blush. Oh, that's why I don't have the skills. It'd be like putting a flamethrower in a pyromaniac's hands.
