It's no secret that I love receiving mail, postcards in particular. There is just something about it that makes me happy to no end. Aw, they are all awesome! I also have a big collection of postcards, sent to me by friends from their vacations.

And I just was about to offer to send one from my homecity, when I see "Elbflorenz". So you have one of Dresden already. Awesome! I really love my home-city, we have lots of historical buildings and cultural stuff, museums, castles... and lots of tourists every year.

I have been collecting postcards all of my life, from relatives and vacations and such, but I really got serious with it when I joined Postcrossing. I've been doing it since 2008 and now I have albums and boxes filled to bursting with cards. :) I don't think anyone can ever have too many postcards! It is the second best way to see the world without actually getting on a plane.
