Today I got an email from my dear friend and newspaper editor, Mike Riga. It was about a new article for the newspaper. It went like this…

Hey guys and gals,

In lieu of the latest school threat where the police have been called in, we think it might be a good piece for members of the staff to contribute their take on these events. We ask that if ( Read more... )

i think its kind of sad how desensitized we are. like the first thing i thought when i heard only the front door would be open was "damn... if i don't get a ride ill have to walk all the way up... bastards". i understand the precautions, because not taking it seriously is much worse than blowing it out of propotion. but im positive its just some kid who wants attention. but if they did it to get out of MCAS, thats just dumb. MCAS is awesome, you have no homework and they feed you. why would you want to get out of that? silly unstable kids.

love

Its good that most of America's diversity is in the middle / west of america, where people are very relaxed, down to earth, and still polite. America shouldn't be about rushing to work, meeting deadlines, and competing with your neighbor rather than being buddies. What happened to the days of Home Improvement, when you had a decent hour to talk to your friend over the fence? Our generation(s) are being selfish, closed-minded, and getting enthralled in an american dream of the wrong spotlight. Getting in the spotlight, not by working hard and earning it, but by taking the easy way out. I don't know what i'm talking about now, so i'm going to end it. I concurr with the few paragraphs.

that didn't make sense at all

from intelligent citizen:
"you can thank our town police force for attending school that day, because if they hadn't taken necessary precautions, i'm sure you would have been one of the first to be shot (for your lack of worldly knowledge). end quote. i hated the essay"

do all of us a favor and stop being so condescending! you think your opinion is always correct! i adore how you rambled from school threats to cell phones to various topics that had no connection to your thesis.

if the nation were more like our school, things like september 11th might not have happened. maybe you should blame people like yourself for causing other students to want to threaten the school.

- because, frankly, if i were in all of your classes...i would probably want to blow up the school, too. how would you feel if they HAD done something to the school?

oh wait...you wouldn't...BECAUSE YOU'D BE DEAD!

XOXO
ps- i'm glad your horny

leaving names is obviously overrated
duh.

if our nation was like our school, september 11th still would have happened. How the hell can you argue that?
September 11th wasn't our fault, and if that was in reference to the amount of security our country had in relation to the amount of security HHS had after a death threat, september 11th would have happened more then once..a cop and a vice principal aren't gunna do much if they don't check bags and just stand there.

XOXO
