~*Magical*~ abilities and strengths:
First of all Sebastian is able to move quickly and is also able to swiftly dodge attacks with ease, unless the other person has super speed as well, then they would be able the same and end up hurting him, or if he does get hurt he then puts on an act he'll let them hurt him, but then just stand up like nothing happened.
He can use silverware to KILL people with, usually they appear from up his sleeves, but he has a lot of them on him, so I don't know how they all fit up there, it's really confusing.
He has another form that he rarely uses, we have never seen the whole of it but from what has been seen is long black nails, high heeled hooker type boots and from what I saw once seems to have black sleeves that have a triangle type bit at the end that slightly covers a tiny portion of his hand. We don't know if this is full sleeves or those types of gloves that only go so far up your arm.
One of the last things is, he can cook, clean, make a chocolate big statue in under a day and still look damn good while doing it, he doesn't even break a sweat. He can do any job he is asked of and do it very well.
Lastly he is kind of immortal, there hasn't been a way to kill him yet, bullets from a gun aimed directly at his head had no effect because afterwards he stood up, spat them out then proceeded to kill the people who fired the bullets in the first place. Even a shinigami's death scythe cut right down the middle of his torso, did have some effect, but he still then managed to kick ass afterwards, but it didn't kill him.

He's 6'1" in height and medium build to, pretty much well tonned in the torso area. His hair in pretty long at the front and short at the back and can either look a very dark brown or black in colour, this usually goes hand in hand with his red eyes that he has also.
His outfits usually consist of his butler outfit, which is a tailcoat, which usually has a pin in this, this represents him being the head butler of the Phantomhive estate, white button-up shirt, black tie, vest usually this is gray in colour, gloves which covers up the contract mark that is on his right hand, black trousers and finally black shoes to make the outfit complete.

Sebastian is like a two sided coin. On one side you have this cheerful demeanor or the butler side of his personality. Cheerful, polite, quiet unless he is spoken to and generally understanding. But this isn't the real him, far from it in fact. The real him is someone that is heartless and pretty cruel, he doesn't care for much, not even Ciel. But the real him is not one that he ever shows full out to anyone, unless of course he needs to kill someone or in poor Grell's case beat the everlasting crap out of him.
You give Sebastian a job and you know he will get it done quickly without any questions asked and pretty much with perfection. If he spots someone who just isn't doing their job right, he will step in and just do it himself if he thinks that if he left them they'd be behind of doing the other jobs that they are meant to be doing.
He finds humans to be 'difficult creatures' but at the same time because of people's struggles and also thier goals he considers them to be interesting as well. He also seems to have a very huge weak spot for cats.

When it comes to Sebastian, he has very little in terms of a past, only having very little detail from the fact he was from another place completely, to the fact that they had their own version of pets...which weren't very nice to look at.
The contract with his latest master happened when during a ceremony and the young Ciel was the sacrifice for this. Sebastian appeared before him, in his true demon form, in front of everyone who was watching due to the boys rage and hate and in exchange for the young boy's soul, he would serve him until what he wanted was complete, this was to get revenge of all of the people who caused all of his suffering.
Upon the contract being formed, his first orders were to kill everyone in the room with them since they were a part of it, which he did easily. Once this was over Sebastian was given his name since Sebastian isn't his real name in the first place, it was originally the name of a pet dog Ciel had previously. He was also to take on the job as Ciel's butler and bodyguard to protect him from harm and death until the contract is completed.
Life seemed perfectly normal within the two to three years between when the contract was first formed and when the manga begins as not much really happened except people finding out Ciel was still alive and was now the head of the Funtom toy company his father before ran and getting three new servants to have the front of jobs as chef, maid and cook, but really set them another important job to protect the Phantomhive estate if anything should happen.
Sometime after Ciel and Sebastian had returned to the place where the kidnapping had first taken place, Sebastian awakens the young master for the day ahead and for the meeting with Ciel's uncle Clause later that night. But during the day the other servants kept causing problems, which Sebastian had to fix by himself in one way or another. Usually by having to replant the trees, using new tea sets and thinking up something else the guest and Ciel could eat that night.
The more major disaster was when the maid of the household Meirin spilt wine, a lot of wine on the tablecloth and as it was about to touch Clause's clothes, Sebastian pulled at the table clothes getting the drop of the wine that was falling and managed to pull the whole thing off the very long table without anything falling over.
The next day while out getting a cane that was fixed for Ciel because of Finnian, one of the servants breaking it by using his inhuman strength. They had returned home to find the mansion entrance had been completely changed. Much to the shock of Sebastian, who wasn't very happy about it. It turned out that this was because of Ciel's fiancée Elizabeth coming in for a visit, with the idea of having a dance party.
Sebastian helped out with the dance party by teaching Ciel how to dance, even though Sebastian was much taller than him and he had to take up the female role, it was very hard to teach him. When it came to the dance party and when the family ring that shows the head of the Phantomhive family ended up broken, Ciel tried to slap Elizabeth and he had to step in to be able to stop him from actually doing it, giving him his cane instead that they had gotten that morning.
After the dance party when Elizabeth was asleep, Sebastian had gone at some point possibly during the party to get the ring and fixed it as well since he knew the young master did really like the ring which wasn't what he said in front of everyone else.
A few days after she had visited there was a meeting between Ciel and a few other people that included his auntie, a guy named Lau who was a Chinese man who dealt with exports from China, someone who worked for Scotland Yard and a few others were there as well. When the meeting was over and after Ciel had been kidnapped. Sebastian who had gone to find the office to find it trashed and saying something about tea being ruined.
Someone had been sent to kill off the servants if Ciel didn't give them the information that they wanted, one by one, the first one being Sebastian himself.
But this failed because thankfully to Meirin's clumsiness and managed to knock him over before the sniper rifle bullet hit him in the head, instead it just got a tiny part of his hair. This caused the servants Finnian, Bardroy to wonder just what had happened since they heard something a distance away.
Sebastian after the shot just calmly asked why Meirin had called for him, something about a letter, which she gives him and he reads it. It seemed to be from someone who had Ciel and asked to bring something to a certain location. Since now Sebastian knew of a sniper being around he had left a dessert with the others and left, going to deal with this situation and get the master back before tea time.
Going after the snipers who had tried to escape in a vehicle he managed to catch up, get the information from them, then with the phone they had mentioned to the person on the other end that he will be coming to pick up Ciel and after that kill them by making the car fall off a cliff and explode when it hit the bottom. All this was done with him afterward looking at the time.
The next stop was to go where the young master was in the first place and that was the home of Azzurro Vanel to which he had sent many men to cover the mansion so that he couldn't get in. He did easily without anyone noticing, until he spoke and when they tried to attack he beats them all going on into the mansion beating and possibly killing many men, mainly using knive and forks he had on him at the time along the way to get to the same room Ciel was.
He eventually got there coming face-to-face with the kidnapper, Ciel tied up and when asked if he brought what he was meant to, he shows him that he did and is then shot multiple times, falling to the floor as he was presumed dead.
He soon recovers, scaring anyone in the room that wasn't Ciel, since when you shot you should really be dead, and he then spits the bullets out and kills the people who fired them, using the same bullets. After he did that so easily, Azzurro tried to get him to be on his side by offering him more money than what Ciel would be paying and as many woman as he wanted, but Sebastian rejected this and then dealt with the man, but not before talking about the contract he had with his master.
After the man was dealt with, he brought Ciel back home safe and bridal style. After something gets mentioned, Ciel ordered him to put him down, which he did and knelt on the floor asking him to forgive his behaviour and that he had made a grave error as the Phantomhive butler. This afterward appeared to be because the dinner preparations have been left unfinished.
The next day when the other servants were talking about what they were reading in the newspaper he appeared asking what they were doing, scaring them in the process as they thought he was a vengeful spirit before he had entered the room. Since they weren't doing their jobs he got mad and said that if they could loaf around, then they should be doing what jobs they had been given instead of that. This made them all run away from him.
Since they had left he picked up a newspaper seeing what they were reading about, smirking in a way before the bell rang for him to be called to the young master.
A task a few days later was for him to throw together something for some children that were coming over the next day. This slightly annoyed him because it was such short notice and he had a get a lot done to be able to pull it off, although for a normal person this task would be impossible, but even though there were many distractions he managed to build a rather large chocolate statue, but didn't notice that its head was missing until after he did the finishing off and someone pointed it out.
It turned out after much searching for the culprit that it was the young master Ciel who did it in the first place.
Jack the Ripper
A crime going around where someone has been going around killing prostitutes within London and has become simply known as 'Jack the Ripper.'
Ciel had been given the task of finding out who the criminal was and put them away by order of the queen.
To find out about the victims they had to make a trip to see the Undertaker who in the past used to help Ciel's father when he was the queen's watchdog. He didn't tell them right away the information that they wanted since he didn't want the 'queen's money,' but instead wanted a good laugh.
Sebastian asked everyone to leave the room, much to the confusion of everyone else, who the two before him had tried and failed to get the Undertaker to laugh, but they listened and left the building. Sebastian then did something to make him laugh, though no one knows how, the Undertaker then gladly handed it over and mentioned that each woman had been missing a certain organ of theirs.
With this information Sebastian was given the task of doing the research on every doctor that lived and worked in London, or every person who had some sort of medical training. This included doctors that were brought in to London during the social season.
He managed to do this, make the list and got back way before the others in such a short amount of time. This had surprised Ciel's aunt Madam Red as she didn't think he could have done all that within the small time. Going through the list of doctors and mentioning if they had an alibi on the night of the murders and if they are connected to the black arts he had already managed to knock it down to one person Aleister Chamber.
With the name of a possible suspect they had decided to go to the party he was throwing and to make sure that Ciel and himself were in disguise since if they went as themselves they would stick out like a swore thumb. In the end and after many lessons and one corset later, they had their disguises as a niece and tutor to go to the party with to find out if he was the one that was killing the prostitutes and selling their organs to the black market.
During the party things to begin with were going smoothly, until they heard Elizabeth's voice, then they spent some of the time trying to get away from her by firstly hiding out outside on the balcony, the second time was to ask the waiter for a lemonade which, then Sebastian as a tutor of course decided to make their way to the host was to dance toward him and make it look like he was giving him a lesson.
While Ciel was busy investigating Aleister, Sebastian was distracting everyone else by performing a magic trick using a wardrobe and swords, which would piece the wardrobe and he'd come out unharmed, which he did and surprised everyone. When asked how he did it he simply said that there is no magic to it.
It wasn't until he had to save Ciel later, who had been drugged and was being auctioned off in an underground auction, by knocking everyone out in the dark, putting the candle out and back again not even touching it. The man ended up arrested and they believed that the culprit was now behind bars.
How wrong they were.
The new the next day reports of another murder taking place the night before, thus making who they thought was the real murderer innocent of that crime. Upon reviewing of the whole things the suspects and the like, they soon learned of whom the next likely target was going to be.
They made there move and waited outside the house of the person they believed would be the next victim, so that whoever was the murderer they would have to pass them to be able to get to the next victim since the front door was the only one that was a way to get in.
During the wait, Sebastian got distracted by a cat, which annoyed Ciel slightly until they heard a scream of the woman who was meant to be the next victim. Rushing to the door Sebastian had to pull Ciel back to stop him from fully seeing just what exactly was being seen on the inside of that room. Standing back as they watched a man comes out of the room, covered in blood.
The man was none other than Madame Red's butler named Grell. Upon talking and Greel revealing that he is a Shinigami or a reaper of souls and a mention that there was someone else involved, Madame Red herself appeared from the room, showing that both of them were in fact Jack the Ripper. Ciel gave the orders for Sebastian to deal them, but not without Grell using a customized death scythe first and managing to be able to injure Sebastian, but only because as Sebastian was trying to block an attack Ciel was in trouble.
Going to go kill Angelina, Ciel suddenly ordered him to stop because she hesitated to attack him because Ciel reminded her of her sister and his father as well and because of this and her refusal to kill her nephew, Grell killed her using his chainsaw. The fight soon continued after that was Grell soon getting the advantage by head butting him then using his chainsaw to slice down the middle.
Sebastian managed to overcome this and ended up using his ruined jacket to block the chainsaw and stop it from working. With that out-of-the-way Sebastian, with a smirk of course starting to punch and kick Grell always on the face since he seemed so proud of it, not caring once that he was even doing it in the first place.
Using his own death scythe against him, about to give him the final blow he was stopped by a man named William Spears who then had taken Grell away to be punished for the many rules he had apparently broken.
With the killing now officially over the funeral for Madame Red was held at the church with Sebastian waiting outside next to a horse and carriage that was killed with red rose petals. By the grave of the last victim Sebastian asks why Ciel didn't shoot Madame Red, explaining that he knew Ciel had a gun on him and he could have clearly used it without the need of him going in to save him.
Upon being given an answer surprised him slightly, but he had to ask why he was then ordered to stop since he was technically fulfilling his part of the contract to protect him until what he desires is finished. Upon the question being answered surprised Sebastian once again and watching him walk away he smirked and said that isn't the reason.
Sebastian started to go on about chess pieces and how if the king gets taken, then it's all over. Sebastian was then given an order 'You alone will not betray me. You will not leave my side. No matter what!' and with this Sebastian knell down and said 'Yes, My Lord.' And they Ciel started to walk off Sebastian follow his thoughts were 'If that is what you wish. I will remain with you everywhere. Even if your throne crumbles and your shining crown rusts away and the countless corpses pile up. Above the piles of countless corpses. Besides the softly lying down, tiny you. Until I hear the final call of "Checkmate."'

He just looked out at the garden in disbelief. Just how many times could one destroy the garden in the same way they do every time, or at least for a good portion of the time anyway. Tilting his head to the head he started to wonder if what he is feeling was a murderous intent on the boy or an emotion that went beyound that.
He didn't let it get the best of him as he went into his pocket and pulled out some money, counting it as he stood there. "I should be able to pull this off with little to no problem if they just follow what I tell them to." Speaking to himself, he turned on his heels and headed back towards the manner with the intent that everyone will work to fix up the garden, even though that usually meant they just buy and carry the things and he will do the rest.

After he did that so easily, Azzurro tried to get him to be on his side by offering him more money than what Ciel would be paying and as many woman as he wanted, but Sebastian rejected this and then dealt with the man, but not before talking about the contract he had with his master.
After the man was dealt with, he brought Ciel back home safe and bridal style. After something gets mentioned, Ciel ordered him to put him down, which he did and knelt on the floor asking him to forgive his behaviour and that he had made a grave error as the Phantomhive butler. This afterward appeared to be because the dinner preparations have been left unfinished.
The next day when the other servants were talking about what they were reading in the newspaper he appeared asking what they were doing, scaring them in the process as they thought he was a vengeful spirit before he had entered the room. Since they weren't doing their jobs he got mad and said that if they could loaf around, then they should be doing what jobs they had been given instead of that. This made them all run away from him.
Since they had left he picked up a newspaper seeing what they were reading about, smirking in a way before the bell rang for him to be called to the young master.
A task a few days later was for him to throw together something for some children that were coming over the next day. This slightly annoyed him because it was such short notice and he had a get a lot done to be able to pull it off, although for a normal person this task would be impossible, but even though there were many distractions he managed to build a rather large chocolate statue, but didn't notice that its head was missing until after he did the finishing off and someone pointed it out.
It turned out after much searching for the culprit that it was the young master Ciel who did it in the first place.
Jack the Ripper
A crime going around where someone has been going around killing prostitutes within London and has become simply known as 'Jack the Ripper.'
Ciel had been given the task of finding out who the criminal was and put them away by order of the queen.
To find out about the victims they had to make a trip to see the Undertaker who in the past used to help Ciel's father when he was the queen's watchdog. He didn't tell them right away the information that they wanted since he didn't want the 'queen's money,' but instead wanted a good laugh.
Sebastian asked everyone to leave the room, much to the confusion of everyone else, who the two before him had tried and failed to get the Undertaker to laugh, but they listened and left the building. Sebastian then did something to make him laugh, though no one knows how, the Undertaker then gladly handed it over and mentioned that each woman had been missing a certain organ of theirs.
With this information Sebastian was given the task of doing the research on every doctor that lived and worked in London, or every person who had some sort of medical training. This included doctors that were brought in to London during the social season.
He managed to do this, make the list and got back way before the others in such a short amount of time. This had surprised Ciel's aunt Madam Red as she didn't think he could have done all that within the small time. Going through the list of doctors and mentioning if they had an alibi on the night of the murders and if they are connected to the black arts he had already managed to knock it down to one person Aleister Chamber.
With the name of a possible suspect they had decided to go to the party he was throwing and to make sure that Ciel and himself were in disguise since if they went as themselves they would stick out like a swore thumb. In the end and after many lessons and one corset later, they had their disguises as a niece and tutor to go to the party with to find out if he was the one that was killing the prostitutes and selling their organs to the black market.
During the party things to begin with were going smoothly, until they heard Elizabeth's voice, then they spent some of the time trying to get away from her by firstly hiding out outside on the balcony, the second time was to ask the waiter for a lemonade which, then Sebastian as a tutor of course decided to make their way to the host was to dance toward him and make it look like he was giving him a lesson.
While Ciel was busy investigating Aleister, Sebastian was distracting everyone else by performing a magic trick using a wardrobe and swords, which would piece the wardrobe and he'd come out unharmed, which he did and surprised everyone. When asked how he did it he simply said that there is no magic to it.
It wasn't until he had to save Ciel later, who had been drugged and was being auctioned off in an underground auction, by knocking everyone out in the dark, putting the candle out and back again not even touching it. The man ended up arrested and they believed that the culprit was now behind bars.
How wrong they were.
The new the next day reports of another murder taking place the night before, thus making who they thought was the real murderer innocent of that crime. Upon reviewing of the whole things the suspects and the like, they soon learned of whom the next likely target was going to be.
They made there move and waited outside the house of the person they believed would be the next victim, so that whoever was the murderer they would have to pass them to be able to get to the next victim since the front door was the only one that was a way to get in.
During the wait, Sebastian got distracted by a cat, which annoyed Ciel slightly until they heard a scream of the woman who was meant to be the next victim. Rushing to the door Sebastian had to pull Ciel back to stop him from fully seeing just what exactly was being seen on the inside of that room. Standing back as they watched a man comes out of the room, covered in blood.
The man was none other than Madame Red's butler named Grell. Upon talking and Greel revealing that he is a Shinigami or a reaper of souls and a mention that there was someone else involved, Madame Red herself appeared from the room, showing that both of them were in fact Jack the Ripper. Ciel gave the orders for Sebastian to deal them, but not without Grell using a customized death scythe first and managing to be able to injure Sebastian, but only because as Sebastian was trying to block an attack Ciel was in trouble.
Going to go kill Angelina, Ciel suddenly ordered him to stop because she hesitated to attack him because Ciel reminded her of her sister and his father as well and because of this and her refusal to kill her nephew, Grell killed her using his chainsaw. The fight soon continued after that was Grell soon getting the advantage by head butting him then using his chainsaw to slice down the middle.
Sebastian managed to overcome this and ended up using his ruined jacket to block the chainsaw and stop it from working. With that out-of-the-way Sebastian, with a smirk of course starting to punch and kick Grell always on the face since he seemed so proud of it, not caring once that he was even doing it in the first place.
Using his own death scythe against him, about to give him the final blow he was stopped by a man named William Spears who then had taken Grell away to be punished for the many rules he had apparently broken.
With the killing now officially over the funeral for Madame Red was held at the church with Sebastian waiting outside next to a horse and carriage that was killed with red rose petals. By the grave of the last victim Sebastian asks why Ciel didn't shoot Madame Red, explaining that he knew Ciel had a gun on him and he could have clearly used it without the need of him going in to save him.
Upon being given an answer surprised him slightly, but he had to ask why he was then ordered to stop since he was technically fulfilling his part of the contract to protect him until what he desires is finished. Upon the question being answered surprised Sebastian once again and watching him walk away he smirked and said that isn't the reason.
Sebastian started to go on about chess pieces and how if the king gets taken, then it's all over. Sebastian was then given an order 'You alone will not betray me. You will not leave my side. No matter what!' and with this Sebastian knell down and said 'Yes, My Lord.' And they Ciel started to walk off Sebastian follow his thoughts were 'If that is what you wish. I will remain with you everywhere. Even if your throne crumbles and your shining crown rusts away and the countless corpses pile up. Above the piles of countless corpses. Besides the softly lying down, tiny you. Until I hear the final call of "Checkmate."'

It seems someone has stumbled onto my little hiding place. [Puts a gloved finger to his lips.] Don't tell the young master about this place, he would be awfully mad if he knew there was a cat here, after all he has the most terrible allergy to it.

It had been yet another stressful day for the demon butler, the servants being as ever clumsy as usual and the young master ordering to do near impossible things as usual. Just another normal day. He had spent most of his day fixing up what problems had occurred, which was usually mistakes from the servants and not himself.
Oh no, everything he did was always perfect, he couldn't call himself the Phantomhive butler if he couldn't do the most simple of things. This time today's mistake was in the garden, Finnian the gardener had once again destroyed the garden by mixing pesticides for something completely different.
He just looked out at the garden in disbelief. Just how many times could one destroy the garden in the same way they do every time, or at least for a good portion of the time anyway. Tilting his head to the head he started to wonder if what he is feeling was a murderous intent on the boy or an emotion that went beyound that.
He didn't let it get the best of him as he went into his pocket and pulled out some money, counting it as he stood there. "I should be able to pull this off with little to no problem if they just follow what I tell them to." Speaking to himself, he turned on his heels and headed back towards the manner with the intent that everyone will work to fix up the garden, even though that usually meant they just buy and carry the things and he will do the rest.
