I have a confession to make. I just really don't like parties. I don't like drinking and I don't like hanging out with a lot of drunk people. Drunk people are loud and annoying. Why aren't parties more about smoking? I'd much rather be in the company of high people. Ughh. Every weekend.

I hate parties.

i've been saying that since summer. I stood over nancy's stove in june cooking stirfry with a beer, with a handful of people before the debouchery began and i said "this is what i want, a few beers and friends, with food and coversations. But no, everyone else prefers being shitfaced to tears, vomiting and voilence."
I don't get the appeal.
