allright, so i was carefully prodding and poking when all of a sudden it EXPLODED on my finger. a HUGE amount of pus, i suppose it was a pimple after all, but i think im gonna throw up now because that is really fucking sick

Yeah. blister/pimple thing. I've had it happen. if you start using lotion it should help. or stridex pads i'd imagine, if it was more pimpleish than blistery.
