Where does the following quote (or approximation thereof) originate?

Kether is in Malkuth, and Malkuth in Kether, but after a fashion.

Im not sure about "but after a fashion" but I put "Kether is in Malkuth and Malkuth is in Kether" on the handouts for the Malkuth class- just echoing "That which is above is also below" from Levi

It's not from The Mystical Qabalah by Dion Fortune?

I don't know. That's why I'm asking. But I will check Fortune's book. Thank you.

Everywhere I'm able to find those exact words, or something similar, it's always as an uncredited quote.

Another possibility is The Ladder of Lights by Bill Gray. that one, I actually own and can check for you at home tonight, if my brain doesn't disintegrate between now and then.

Do you ever consult Colin Low's work? The Kaballah FAQ struck me as really useful. A gentleman who is supposed to be an OTO Hierarch posted some pieces on Low's website. http://www.digital-brilliance.com/kab/
