How exactly am I supposed to "use" this rosemile, when it is not giving off any phozons?

Odd.

it's different where i come from, no phozons either

I assume roses are not what they appear to be in your world.

They are rosemile just the same, but these do not release phozons.

Although I have yet to see phozons in Discedo at all, so I suppose this is not a surprise.

I believe, from what I have gathered, that the intention with these roses is to give them to someone.
