Leaving plans...

Hallooo,

Since I'm finally leaving, I'm also finally organising a farewell. The plan is:
- spend all day at the pub (strategically located near public transport);
- with access cheap grog (happy hour runs 2:30 - 5pm and includes beer, wine, spirits and cocktails);
- where they serve food;
- and have indicated they won't throw us out if we start

I'd love to drop by but I'm at home sick today. If I'm still unwell on Sunday I won't come, as the last thing I want to do is send you on a plane with stuffed-up sinuses.

So you're leaving this Sunday, from the pub? Wow, that seems very soon, after all the delay.
Oh well, at least with LJ we can keep in touch as well from different continents as from different states... promise you'll update!

I leave on Friday the 10th actually, I just wanted my farewell to be on a Sunday day. I *thought* it would interfere less with other plans and such, but there is never an idea time for any event, especially one planned at the last minute!

I promise I will update and there will be many blogs from me. They will be the long-winded, rambly, occasionally grammatically incorrect and unwieldy posts that you've become accustomed to!
