Dinner at Matuba Japanese Restaurant #sushi #washingtondc #restaurants

This is our first visit to Matuba Japanese Restaurant (http://www.matuba-sushi.com/matuba/Home_.html) but our 2nd time at a sushi place that offered its sushi on a conveyor belt-like system.  The first rotary sushi bar in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.

It is probably best that the food was offered as a buffet cause our bill could have easily

I used to live near the Bethesda Matuba. The roommate and I went there every Friday evening. It got to the point that the sushi chef would make our favorites as soon as we walked in the door. That's Cali roll for my roommate and salmon roe for me. ^-^
