It doesn't help your case about the Karl Rove thing to misspell his name.

Yeah yeah, I know, I'm being an annoying Grammar Nazi and shit. It's just that specifically, the above is just what I wanted to point out. Hell, it probably increases your point to note that even those who know who he is don't even know how to spell his name because it's not like it's continually on the news like whatever White Woman of the Month or Celebrity Faux Pas is.

Karl with a "K" highway_7 August 23 2005, 00:34:46 UTC
Believe it or not I did know it was Karl with a "K", it was a slip of the mind, especially since most spell it Carl except for Karl Malone and he is a big black guy, the complete opposite of Karl Rove. But I actually do appreciate your correction because you made a valid point with it.

You see, the Republicans foolishly think they can hang onto that fingernail-thin margin of votes come thick or thin. Which is stupid, since you can only keep the idiot vote as long as they don't view you as fucking with their cash flow, a lesson they didn't learn the last three times it fucked them at the polls.

You'll notice there are no Democrats in the news; this is intentional on the part of the DNC. They want the Republicans to be as front and center in the media as possible so when gas butchers consumer spending, it looks like entirely the fault of the Republican Party.

The real pisser for the gas companies is that the oil spike is doing what decades of environmentalism couldn't; have Detroit seriously push cars that suck up less gas. Thanks to corporate greed, the hybrid is going to be established with a much broader base than it was supposed to have.

Never really thought about the Democrats not being in the media much, but now that you mention it, it makes since. I also like the part about corporate greed making the hybrid a bigger seller. With every bad there is good.

5 dollars a gallon within a year? Please tell me that's an exaggeration..? I'm going to have to start robbing convenience stores just to drive to work, and I don't wanna start doing that again.

Thats what I heard on the news...I mean it is the news so it must be correct. It is a pretty steep number to put on only a year. Two maybe. May I ask, who wrote this? Twas funny.
