I made Shrimp Etouffee the other night and my gf (who went to school in Louisiana) said it was goooooooood!!!! (and believe me, when T doesn't like food, EVERYONE knows) I didn't exactly use this recipe but the one here is the very basic framework. I somehow feel dirty!
I'm sick today, well more depressed than sick, so I canceled my Women Studies class. I have received no less than 3 e-mails from students exclaiming that they will "pray for" me.
Uhhh...
It's hayfever, people, really prayers are not necessary.
I guess it means that they like me, but the whole prayer thing just feels icky. -
