I'm taking opinions...

This weekend at the Relay For Life of South Bend they're doing Locks of Love haircuts. Now, I have enough hair where they can cut off the required 10" and I'll still have a few inches below the chin. I'm trying to decide whether to cut it or not. Any opinions?

well, maybe now would be a good time to post a picture, if you can.
if you have a picture but don't have someplace to upload it online, but you have it on your computer, i'd be happy to host it for you somewhere so you could share it w/everybody. or, it's pretty easy to get a photobucket.com acct.

I'd say do it. I'm not sure what I'm basing that on, but there you go.

well, i'd say do it but only if you think you won't hate it short :) i've always been a fan of shorter hair, myself, and i think it looked pretty cute on you. you can always get it touched up so you look a little older, if that's what you're worried about.

i'd say do it... if you "hate" the short hair, just wait for it to grow out, and while it does, think of the joy your hair has brought to one person's life.

Well, you've mentioned growing your hair out for so long because you wanted to donate it to locks of love. So, if you're okay with the length your hair would be afterwards, then do it. You can always go to another stylist to get shaped the way you want it.

OTOH, if you're not ready, I know plenty of hair salons regularly donate hair to locks of love should you want to do that later on.
