Stand Up Comedy
Hey guys!
Well just thought I'd update to tell you all the cool things that I've seen over the past couple of weeks (seen as though none of my friends in the real world are into stand up :D )
Well on the 30th of April I went to see Dylan Moran perform live which was AMAZING! I love Dylan and have done for years! Ever since I saw Black Books when I was like 9 or 10! As I'm sure you could guess if you've seen his stand up before he was funny, grumpy and clever! Also very shy in a very endearing way! I've heard people say he's shy before but I never really noticed until I saw him live! He also deals with hecklers in a very cool way!
Then on the 5th of May I got tickets at the last minute to see the hilarious Milton Jones. I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life!!!! My stomach muscles were actually killing me for the rest of the night afterwards! If you don't know him (WHY NOT???) he's a very funny comic who's stand up is made up of the most amazing witty one liners! Even looking at him makes you laugh as he has messy hair, crazy a
shirts and looks constantly bewildered!
And then last night on the 11th of May I saw Tim Minchin at the Echo Arena with the heritage orchestra! That was the most amazing night of all!
I've loved Tim for a few years and I was ecstatic that I was finally getting to see him live! It was even more special as it was his last show with the orchestra!
I didnt think it was possible to love him any more than I already did but last night prooved it was! He was hilarious and some of his songs were beautiful! He actually had me crying at the end! He got three standing ovations!
He's so lovely! he's intelligent, talented, funny, handsome and a very nice guy! I feel content now that I've seen him live! Happy days! XD
