Dustin was convinced that his team could win the Quidditch Cup, even if by a mere ten points as was the outcome of the previous game. No matter where Dustin ended up, he was always coming from the Quidditch pitch. Those who knew him best could support such a statement, as they'd seen his broom attached to his hand as he wandered about the castle. He'd flown in hail, in snow, and he'd even flown in dangerous winds. He was out to prove that there was something he could do without looking like a fool.
Sadly, the Hufflepuff chasers had failed to score a goal against Gryffindor, himself included. Gryffindor had scored too often against them, and Matt? Well, Matt had probably just gotten lucky, which was something to be thankful for... but not something to depend on. So, even though it was a Sunday morning and most students were still in bed, Dustin was calling a practise. There was no possible way he could allow himself to fail his team again. Odd that he would think he'd harmed their chances for victory when they'd won that match, but the details nagged at his brain until he couldn't help but feel ashamed. Today things were going to change. The Hufflepuff Quidditch Team was going to practise until they were unstoppable!
All they had to do now was show up.
