In true Ben fashion, he swaggered down the hallway, hands stuffed into the pockets of his worn uniform. His Gryffindor tie hung around his chest, top few buttons of his shirt undone. In all six years of attending the school, he still hadn’t learned how to do his uniform up the right way.
Whatever. He thought it added to his charm, or something.
Very unlike Ben, though, his usual scowl had been replaced by a cocky grin, slightly troublesome. It had been a while since he’d been annoying, after all, and thought he found the perfect opportunity.
“Troy Frogley,” he drawled, sidling up to the taller boy. “My, where have you been? It’s been ages since Merry’s party, I’ve missed you!” Meh, it was a start. It’d probably get him confused, at least.
