Even though it was currently sunny and clear and spectacular outside, Erik was sitting in the library, a bag too heavy to be believed propped against the leg of his chair. He had missed many a crucial lesson, and now he was paying for it. Well, actually, he was paying for not separating the work into shifts. Not that he could possibly regret choosing to spend his Saturday in Hogsmeade. Somehow he felt he hadn't made a better decision so far this year.
As he waited for Juhi to come and help him out with his mess, he put his head down on his arms and closed his eyes, letting his quill roll across the tabletop. It landed in the center of the vast sea of sprawled books and essays, spilling some ink on his potions parchment.
He was never going to catch up.
