I love my new job its fab not only am i finishing off things from my old job, i have moved desk so yet another new pc for me, my phone isnt working and neither is my colleagues, in a call centre this is not a good thing. contacted the phone helpdesk explained the problem then was rather stupidly asked what my direct line was so they could call me
