To all police, if you have not heard Arisato Minato's post, go listen to it now. If you are willing to risk your life and have the means to efficiently carry or otherwise provide assistance as needed, then help to evacuate Latimir and search for survivors on the roof; it is your duty to do so.
Otherwise, either come to the base of Latimir and help me to keep civilians from entering, or find someplace safe as Arisato said, and watch for other buildings that may become unstable in the quakes or other people who need help. It is not cowardly to stay out of the building; it is necessary to have officers elsewhere to watch for other emergencies.
