Plane tickets to Spain??? I'm amazed that somebody smart enugh to come up with a scam like this would buy somthing so traceable.
I mean all the cops have to do is flag the ticket and your name (as it is linked to the card) and they can easily catch the non-you.
I've never bought a refundable ticket, so I don't know how easy it would be to transform the ticket into cash. But with all the security in airports to keep the wrong person from getting on a plane, I can't imagine a detected scammer being able to board the plane with ill-gotten tix.
That's why most scammers go on buying sprees. Spending THOUSANDS of dollars in a single night. They buy untraceable goods, and stuff that can be hawked for cash.
