Buy a whole bunch of plastic army men and a thing of dental floss.

Tie the army men onto the dental floss into a long garland of army men, spacing them out every few inches.

Wrap the garland around yourself.

Halloween costumes are easy for girls... just take any profession and add slutty to the front of it
